INSURANCE LOSS CLAIMS PROCESS
STEP 1
If damage is found, call your insurance company to file a claim.
STEP 2
Sign a contingency agreement with Greenhouse Roofing Company to select us to be your contractor of choice.
STEP 3
An insurance adjuster will be assigned to your claim and should call you within 24-48 hours.
STEP 4
When talking to the insurance adjuster, write down the claim #, adjuster's name and the inspection date and time.
STEP 5
Contact Greenhouse Roofing Company and let us know when the insurance inspection will be.
STEP 6
The insurance adjuster will come to your property to inspect the damage.
STEP 7
We will also be at the inspection to communicate our findings to the insurance adjuster.
STEP 8
Once the work is approved by your insurance company, we work with them to ensure the work scope is accurate.
STEP 9
The insurance company will send you a repair estimate and the Actual Cash Value of the claim in the form of a check.
STEP 10
We will schedule the work to begin on a specified date and have the roofing materials arrive the day before.
STEP 11
We complete the work as specified and agreed upon by the insurance company.
STEP 12
When the roof is complete, Greenhouse Roofing will collect your deductible and the Actual Cash Value funds.
STEP 13
After the entire project is completed, (i.e Roof. siding, paint etc.)Greenhouse Roofing will invoice your insurance company for recoverable deprecation and any additional supplemental funds owed for the work we completed on your behalf.
STEP 14
Your mortgage company may send out an representative to verify the work has been completed.
STEP 15
Once you receive the second check from the insurance company, GreenHouse Roofing will collect these funds from you.
SATISFACTION
At this point, the work has been completed, we have been paid in full, and you are satisfied with your repaired home!
